What this website does

The sweeple.ca website is operated by SWEEPLE in Gatineau, Québec. For questions, contact app@sweeple.ca. These terms cover browsing the website and using its informational tools.

The website is preparing for launch. A demonstration, example amount, button or email exchange does not by itself create a booking, Cleaner approval or payment authorization. Download links and transactional features will be provided when they are actually available.

The services presented

Sweeple is preparing a platform connecting clients and Cleaners. The current application documents describe a model where the Cleaner sells and performs the cleaning, and SWEEPLE operates the platform and acts as an agent for expressly agreed activities. This role does not remove SWEEPLE’s own obligations.

Screenshots, animations and examples explain a journey. They do not guarantee availability, a particular price, a number of jobs or earnings. The service area, property condition, selected service and available partners must be checked in the journey that is actually open.

A real quote must present the scope, extras, fees, taxes and applicable conditions before a commitment is made. A paid change requires appropriate information and agreement; an animation on this website is not an acceptance.

Using the website responsibly

You may browse and share public website links to learn about Sweeple. Text, trademarks, visuals and interface elements remain protected by applicable rights. A use beyond what the law or rights holder permits requires authorization.

Use contact tools for accurate, relevant requests. Avoid sensitive information and information about other people without a need and authorization. Do not use the website for fraud, impersonation, disruption or attempted unauthorized access.

Contacting us and following links

The Contact form prepares a message in your email application; you control whether it is sent. An email does not automatically confirm a job change or cancellation: ask support to confirm that your request has been taken into account.

Some links lead to application documents, public authorities or another provider’s services. Their content and practices should be reviewed in their own context. The website privacy policy explains how information is used on sweeple.ca.

Your rights and updates

Mandatory legal rights and remedies continue to apply, including consumer protections where relevant. These terms do not transfer all of SWEEPLE’s responsibilities to a user or create a blanket waiver of legal recourse.

The website is provided from Québec. Applicable law is assessed together with mandatory protections for the people concerned. Documents presented for an actual commitment must be retained in the accepted version; a website update does not retroactively change an earlier quote or acceptance.
