Tell us about the spaces and their condition. Bulky waste, severe stains and large amounts of dishes require a separate service.
Cleaning
after construction.
After construction, have finishing dust removed from accessible surfaces. The site must be safe and large debris removed before the visit.

Changing bed linens
For a deep clean or short-term rental, request a linen change and leave out clean linens. Starting a load of laundry is a separate extra.

Your Cleaner brings supplies, or you specify what’s available on site. Add your priorities, delicate surfaces and any useful instructions about pets.
